Mr. Mohi El-Din Seif El-Din, Head of the Relations Department at the Ghirass for society Development, and Mrs. Diana Al-Khalili, Head of the Programs and Projects Department, attended the regional forum titled “Promoting Gender Equality and Gendering the Response to the Syrian Crisis in Host Communities in Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq.” The forum was held under the patronage and presence of Prime Minister Saad Hariri at the Grand Serail, and in the presence of Violette Safadi, Minister of State for Economic Empowerment of Women and Youth.
The forum was organized with support from the European Union’s Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian Crisis (Madad Fund), with the goal of improving access to protection, participation, and services for refugees, displaced, and host communities.
